I adhere to the model of “first do no harm”, and employ the most up-to-date, current methods of positive re-enforement, used in places like zoos, training centres and animal rehabilitation centres all around the world. Positive re-enforcement is the most effective because animals enjoy the learning experience.
Dogs need clear boundaries in order to be relaxed with their owners, but its not necessary to use fear and pain to make those boundaries understood to dogs (or other animals). The methods I use work not only with dogs, and I have successfully applied these methods and philosophy to my work with a huge range of animals from domestic cats to wolves to cheetahs to horses to pigs.
I have studied under some of the most progressive and pioneering behaviourists in the world, and am proud to bring this knowledge with me to beautiful Cape Town. I am furthermore committed to always furthering my knowledge and understanding so as to forge better relationships between humans and animals.
